I had put off going to the dentist for too long - it had been about 3 or 4 years since I last saw my old dentist. I finally decided that it was time to take care of myself and went in to see Dr. Nick. I put off going to the dentist for years which resulted in problems.That is when i found i was in desperate need. I needed someone who knew what he was doing and that is when i met Dr. Nick. Life is more about relationships. He made me feel so important that my smile was his goal in life.His attention to detail was important, always going the extra mile to do things right.What an artist! If i am in a picture you would know me by my smile.Words would never explain how wonderful that makes me feel! Dr. Nick is a kind, considerate person with a great sense of humor. Dr. Ruggiero has been taking care of all my dental needs for years. Just before my wedding I went to Dr. Ruggiero for teeth whitening and a porcelain veneer and could not be happier with the outcome. Dr. Ruggiero is very skilled and professional and I would highly recommend him.

Let me start off by saying that Dr. Ruggiero is a great dentist, not only that he's a great man very family oriented. I first met Dr. Ruggiero about 2 years ago when I needed implants. When I met him I knew he was the man for the job just off his demeanor. Most people just want your money and could care less if you're satisfied or not, but not Dr. Ruggiero that's why he's the best. People tell me all the time how pretty my teeth are and I owe that to Dr. Ruggiero he gave me my confidence back. I live in Birmingham Alabama and I hate that Dr.Ruggiero had to leave but I will say that if I ever need some major work done I will be taking a trip to South Carolina so that my dentist can do the work that's just how great he is thanks Dr. Ruggiero.

Hi, just wanted to take a moment to tell everyone how much I appreciate how caring and patient Dr. Ruggiero and his staff have been while I am on this dental restoration journey. As a Dental Phobic person, it has taken me a year of research and questions to get to the point of ready to start the restoration that quite frankly SCARES ME! Dr. Ruggiero has been very patient and generous with his time to address all my concerns long before I ever sat in the chair. Now that we have started things have been pretty easy. Add to that, we always laugh during the 3 hour + long appts I have been doing. I highly recommend that you consider Dr. Ruggiero for your dental needs.

Dr. Nick is an amazing dentist! A few years ago (when he worked at another practice) he extracted 2 of my wisdom teeth with no pain or any complications. He explained all of my post op instructions in great detail & provided paperwork that detailed the same information. He strives to provide the best care for his patients both financially & dentally.
